1. When are you open for inquiries? Our Live Chat experts are available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM. If you prefer to speak with us, our customer care phone lines are open Monday through Saturday (8 AM – 4:30 PM) and Sundays (8 AM – 12 PM).

2. Can you create a bespoke custom design? Absolutely. We take pride in our custom cake service. Simply send us an inspiration photo or share your vision with our team, and we will work closely with you to craft a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes! Rapid service is at the heart of Artisan-Cake™. We specialize in last-minute orders to ensure you never miss a celebration, though we recommend booking early during peak seasons to secure your preferred time slot.

4. How much notice do I need to give? While we excel at same-day and next-day deliveries, custom designs not found on our website require at least 48 hours' notice. You can check real-time delivery slot availability directly on each product page.

5. What is the price range for your cakes? Our artisanal creations typically range from £32 to £250. Final pricing is determined by the complexity of the style and the size of the cake.

Dietary & Ingredients

6. Are your cakes suitable for a Halal diet? Yes. All our cakes are Halal-friendly. We use strictly vegetarian ingredients and our entire product range is 100% alcohol-free.

7. Do you provide Gluten-Free or Vegan options? We certainly do. To ensure the highest quality for these specialty bakes, please contact us directly at least 2 days in advance to arrange a Vegan or Gluten-Free delivery.

8. What flavors do you offer? We offer an extensive palette of delicious flavors, including:

  • Fruit & Refreshing: Strawberry 🍓, Victoria Sponge (Vanilla, Cream & Jam), Lemon Drizzle, Lemon Blueberry.

  • Rich & Decadent: Double Chocolate, Black Forest (Chocolate & Cherry), Red Velvet.

  • Classic & Contemporary: Vanilla Vanilla (No Jam) 🍰, Duo (Vanilla & Chocolate blend), Salted Caramel, Banana Caramel, Caramel Cappuccino, and Matcha (Green Tea).

Ordering & Logistics

9. Where do you deliver? We deliver 7 days a week (Morning, Afternoon, and Evening slots) throughout London and the surrounding areas. Please note that delivery fees apply to all orders.

10. How do I place my order? You can secure your cake through our website, via phone, or by chatting with us live.

11. What is your cancellation policy? Standard orders can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup (an administrative fee applies). For custom designs, cancellation terms may vary; please confirm these details with our team during the design consultation.

12. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major providers, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Card, and UNIONPAY. For your convenience, we also support Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and KLARNA.
