Welcome to Artisan-Cake™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Freshness & Quality

As an artisan bakery, we take immense pride in the quality of our cakes.

  • Perishable Nature: Our products are fresh and perishable. Once a delivery is completed or a cake is picked up, it is the customer's responsibility to follow the storage instructions provided (e.g., refrigeration or room temperature requirements).

  • Handmade Variations: Each cake is handcrafted. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, floral arrangements, and decorative finishes may occur.

2. Custom Designs

  • Consultation: Custom cake designs require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

  • Copyright: By providing us with an inspiration photo, you warrant that you have the right to use that image. We reserve the right to interpret designs in our own artistic style rather than providing an exact 1:1 replica of another artist's work.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order due to limited capacity or delivery slot unavailability.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateways (Shopify Pay, Klarna, etc.).

4. Delivery Policy

  • London Coverage: We deliver within London and surrounding areas. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the cake during the selected time slot.

  • Redelivery: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one being present, a redelivery fee will apply, and we cannot guarantee the freshness of the product for a second attempt.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time. An administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Custom Orders: These orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Please inquire about specific terms when booking.

  • Issues: If you are unsatisfied with your cake, please contact our Live Chat team within 4 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we can address the matter immediately.

6. Dietary & Allergy Information

  • Halal: All our cakes are suitable for a Halal diet (vegetarian ingredients, no alcohol).

  • Allergens: While we offer Gluten-Free and Vegan options, our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, and dairy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and the Artisan-Cake™ logo, is the property of Artisan-Cake™ and may not be used or reproduced without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artisan-Cake™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
